'ALEXB4MAYOR' PROPOSES CITYWIDE NO-CHASE BYLAW
ATLANTA --- Candidate Alex Barrella is disgusted to see that the Atlanta Police have adjusted their recently implemented 'no chase policy' to get their hollywood drift-rush back via allowing them to again persue suspects suspected of being involved in felony crime. this change will again permit our supposed protectors of public order/peace to terrorize the streets in hot pursuit to finally put a stop all car-jackings everywhere forever.
Barrella believes this city needs to head a different way with regards to all our policing efforts; would forge a 'no-chase' memorandum to cover the entire city in a fuzzy legal blanket disbarring local, state & federal agents from the ability to play motorized cat / mouse at the expense of the safety of our streets/residents.
This adjustment to protocol will help assure no public official acting on behalf of the state cause the purposeful or unintentional death of a citizen while trying to stop carjacking #842; this order will need to be paired with other changes like disarming police & abolishing their current order / institutions which are foundationally broken beyond moral repair.
