ECONOMIC RIGHTS / COMMUNAL OWNERSHIP RIGHTS.
ATLANTA --- Wouldn't it be wonderful if when one needed heat in the winter they could count on a society ensuring so?if~when one needed to get across town they needn't exploit a gig-worker nor subject themself self to #scooterlife~they could just board an electric shuttle/ bus / train on a network covering the entire city & conveniently allowing for the fare-free transportation to locationally liberate our peoples via making it easier to transverse this disjointed sprawl.
'alexb4mayor' campaign head Alex Barrella(who is running for mayor, vote for him November 2nd 2021 lol) envisions/proposes politics which might set off alarms in many minds; he believes this campaign's collective ideas to build out & equitably realize a yet to be discovered economic model which could empower a rich ecosystem of innovation & utopia-like prosperity unlike any other seen before it is crucial to attempt in light of steadfastly unjust status quos.
What such system HAS been fairly implemented in the past? certainly not capitalism which pretends to provide at least the bare minimum while allowing a much lower standard. we as a movement needn't attach anchorage labels that are all weak-sauce Faily McFail Face to politics we would likely benefit from the implementation of.
Here's a list o-some other things that should too be publicly owned to allow the universal distribution of such public necessities: electricity, water, sewer, sanitation, landscaping, internet / phone service, museums / theater, housing, parking, food markets..stuff we currently have to dig deep into crusty wallets to piper-pay each month. We peoples should say "enough" to this sick nickel & diming which regularly diminishes our paltry finances; let us pass progressive tax-code which assures wealth is redistributed from the upper income who have a growing excess back down to lower income families in this city. we will also be printing money out of thin air via magical quasi-legal crypto currency / real money dazzleication schemes to produce equalizing mass universally distributed wealth the likes of which we have never seen so to target long-standing inequity in our city innovatively / decisively. money printer go *brrrrr*
Paired with a universal monthly $2000 basic income; inclusive city department participation & other bitchin' social programs planned; we will have a coolgood town governance plus a respectable floor for humane treatment with regards to quality of life, the likes of which we've never before allowed witness thanks to the unchecked greed of capitalism.
