Our administration will be one directly open to public participation & as such there will be lots of learning happening. To build out our future road/byways we will want lots of skilled workers while also allowing a way for the unlearned to assist on a job & shadow their more experienced co-workers to learn whatever tasks to expert levels.
There will be a participatory pipeline built into each department to allow equitable public onboarding / positioning to happen. We will promote teaching / learning as a regular part of day to day operations so there is general awareness about the working of our newly people-powered systems.
No other candidate will be calling for the radical shift in governance stylings we need for the above to become reality. The system most politicians operate under work directly to hinder such direct participation of the working the controls of their profiteering machinery..
